American CareSource Announces Release Date of Second Quarter 2011 Results

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American CareSource Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANCI) today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, after the close of U.S. financial markets on Thursday, August 11, 2011.

In addition, management of the Company has decided to discontinue regular quarterly conference calls. The Company will instead schedule conference calls in relation to relevant material corporate developments and will continue to issue quarterly press releases of its financial and operating results.
