U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide, today announced the promotion of Brooks F. Marshall as Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Marshall will report to U.S. HealthWorks CEO Daniel D. Crowley in his new role, effective October 1.

“Brooks brings a strong background in identifying potential acquisitions and successfully bringing them to closure,” Mr. Crowley said. “His experience and skills will be a valuable addition for our organization as we continue our acquisition strategy around the country.”

In the last 12 months, U.S. HealthWorks has added 23 centers through acquisitions in seven states.

“I am very excited about this opportunity to lead the successful M&A program at U.S. HealthWorks,” said Mr. Marshall. “As a strong company with an excellent reputation, a national footprint, numerous multi-state clients, growth momentum and access to capital, we are an attractive partner for occupational and urgent care center operators considering transition options."
