We look forward to having Carl and Tom join the MED3OOO executive team and together deliver an impressive array of products and services to the employer and provider communities,” continued Hampson.

“I look forward to achieving synergies between Insurance Solutions Group’s consulting and brokerage business and MED3OOO’s third party administration and population health management capabilities,” said Carl Smollinger, President of Insurance Solutions Group. “Combining MED3OOO’s provider base, technology solutions, and management and operational capabilities with Insurance Solutions Group’s health plan and insurer connections will create a powerful combination of resources to bring to the employer community,” continued Smollinger.
