NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On November 4, 2011, the Company (NYSE: HCA) inadvertently reissued a prior press release (originally issued on September 27, 2011) relating to the Company’s public offering of $500 million of its Senior Notes. There is no current offering. The press release was intended to relate to the extension until November 15, 2011 of the Company’s exchange offer for its 7¾% Senior Notes due 2021.
