The White House has assembled a sprawling coronavirus task force to advance its policy priorities and keep the public informed of the latest on the outbreak.

Headed by Vice President Mike Pence, the task force represents industries ranging from transportation to national security to the economy, as well as some of the most prominent experts from the healthcare sector.

The panel was established on Jan. 29 and is headed by Vice President Mike Pence, though it's grown alongside the spread of COVID-19 to encompass more than 20 members.
