WellPoint hires former Humana exec; HHS to issue HIX rule;

> WellPoint has named a former Humana exec as its executive vice president of senior business and chief transformation officer. In his new role, Venkata Rajamannar (Raja) Madabhushi is charged with reversing WellPoint's recent challenges in the senior healthcare market, reported the Indianapolis Business Journal. Madabhushi replaces Brian Sassi, who WellPoint let go in February. Article
