> Long Beach, California-based Molina Healthcare has acquired the Medicaid and MIChild businesses of HealthPlus of Michigan and its subsidiary, HealthPlus Partners Inc. The plans cover nearly 100,000 consumers in Michigan. The deal should close in the third quarter of 2015. Statement
