McConnell: King v. Burwell best opportunity to tear apart ACA

The Senate will likely vote on multiple measures aimed to pick apart the Affordable Care Act starting next year, incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said Tuesday at The Wall Street Journal CEO Council annual meeting. McConnell mentioned that the Supreme Court's decision to hear the federal subsidies case of King v. Burwell next year is the best opportunity to break down the healthcare reform law. McConnell also called the ACA "the single worst piece of legislation we have passed in at least the last half century and the biggest step to Europeanize American health care." Article
