Humana has acquired employee assistance program provider Harris, Rothenberg International, which helps companies manage their employees' emotional, financial or legal problems, as well as childcare needs. Humana hopes the new deal will help the companies it contracts with reduce their healthcare spending and address employee productivity problems, iStockAnalyst reported.
