Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is one of top 10 nonprofit companies cited for helping female executives succeed, according to the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). NAFE selected Horizon BCBSNJ due to the number of female employees and the company's focus on programs and policies that help women rise through the leadership ranks.
