Mayo Clinic among partners working with Rock Health's second startup class

Healthcare incubator Rock Health is taking applications for the second round of its business accelerator program. mHealth startups can apply from Oct. 3 to Nov. 14, winners will be announced in December, and the second round will begin in January 2012.
