Why it's worth watching: Complete with the cheesy 1980's soundtrack, Top Gunner--a parody of the Tom Cruise hit with almost the same name--substitutes overeager pilots with overly ambitious surgical students. The mini-movie, which is broken up into two parts, runs roughly 14 minutes. And although the acting isn't as good (hard to believe, right?), it still manages to entertain.
