The combination will provide feedback on an individual’s overall “fit score,” identify potential health risk factors, and suggest health improvement opportunities. The results can be used to suggest relevant activity-based plans from Numera Social’s plan marketplace, or the individual can develop their own plans and challenges based on the MEDgle assessments.
The Numera Social platform provides a dynamic, user-friendly experience where creating engaging health improvement plans is fun, individuals are given clear paths to reach their goals and are prompted to stay on track by creating plans and participating in challenges. Continued engagement is achieved by easily creating a supportive network of friends and family invited to join the plan via the participant’s current Facebook connections.
