Medical Mutual of Ohio Selects Kony to Power New Mobile Healthcare Apps

, Inc., the leading mobile and multi-channel application platform provider, today announced that Medical Mutual of Ohio will deploy a new suite of mobile applications built on the KonyOne Platform. Using the Kony platform and healthcare vertical app, Medical Mutual will provide its members with “anytime, everywhere,” account management, access to physicians, electronic member ID cards, and claims information.
Medical Mutual was ranked highest in member satisfaction in health plans in Ohio in the 2012 JD Power & Associates member health plan study. Medical Mutual is the oldest and largest health insurance company headquartered in the state of Ohio.

The Kony Mobile Health Plan app increases engagement and enables member self-service by providing them with all the information they need on their health plan, providers and medication.
