“Empowering our clients to electronically respond to Medicare audits alleviates many administrative burdens and costs,” stated Wayne H. van Halem, founder and President of The van Halem Group. “This innovative solution and proven technology will simplify the response process and will be provided at no additional cost to our clients.”
“MEA and The van Halem Group share the same values and dedication in providing excellent service to the healthcare community,” said Lindy Benton, MEA CEO. “We are pleased to have been chosen as their Health Information Handler for the esMD program. Aligning their consultative expertise with our innovative solutions is the perfect synergy for providers looking to streamline medical documentation review and submissions for Medicare audits.”
Specifically, this partnership will enable clients of The van Halem Group to electronically respond to Additional Documentation Requests by Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and Recovery Audit Contractors (RAC) through the esMD CONNECT gateway.
