ICD-10 final rule could be close; UCSD, Yale to collaborate receive $805K grant to build Neuroscience Gateway;

> The long-awaited final rule delaying ICD-10 could be released soon, Health Data Management reported. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recently sent the final rule to the Office of Management and Budget for review. The proposed rule, issued in April by CMS, calls for a one-year delay of ICD-10 from Oct. 1, 2013 to Oct. 1, 2014. Article

> The University of California, San Diego, and Yale University are poised to create a Neuroscience Gateway that improves access for neuroscientists to high-performance computing and storage resources, thanks to a collaborative grant presented to the schools by the National Science Foundation this week.
