“Encore is committed to offering our experience, solutions, tools, business insights, and people – all focused on a value-based future for our industry -- to help guide an ever-larger number of health systems as they travel along the road to healthcare reform,” said Dana Sellers, President and Chief Executive Officer, Encore Health Resources. “With the broad base of leadership skills that Greg, Ken, Jason, and Jim will bring to their territories, we are confident that our goals for increased growth and success for our customers and our company will continue to result from the excellence of the services we are positioned to deliver.”

Encore Health Resources has enjoyed remarkable growth since Sellers and Nelson launched the company less than three years ago. It has expanded its employee base some 215% in the last 12 months and increased its revenues by more than 500% between 2009 and 2010. For two years running, Encore has earned recognition as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare Magazine. This spring, KLAS® Research named Encore one of the top two best overall health information technology advisory services companies in the nation. The company recently announced an expanded solutions and services set as well as a new partnership with the Premier healthcare alliance to help health systems define the technology requirements, priorities and resources needed as they move toward clinically integrated, coordinated care delivery. In addition, earlier this month, the Houston Business Journal named Encore one of its three Fast Tech 50 Enterprise Champions, an award recognizing Houston’s fastest-growing, high-tech businesses.
