359-bed hospital to improve clinician-to-clinician communications and care coordination
KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Joseph’s Medical Center, a member of the Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) system, recently selected PerfectServe’s clinical communications system to improve coordination of care. This is PerfectServe’s first deployment within the 40-hospital CHW system, the nation’s eighth largest health system, and the largest hospital system in California.
St. Joseph’s will begin implementing PerfectServe’s voice, mobile and web-based clinical communications solutions in late August.
