New York-based Mount Sinai Health System is forming what officials called a "cooperative partnership" with Holy Name Medical Center in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Mount Sinai and Holy Name, a 361-bed acute care facility, will align to expand clinical services and provide academic opportunities for physicians, officials said.
