St. Jude Medical Announces Second Quarter Dividend

Board Declares Second Quarter Dividend of $0.21 Per Share

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE:STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a second quarter dividend of $0.21 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first quarter of 2011 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.42 per share. The dividend is payable July 29, 2011, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2011.
