A new service created by a company in Dallas lets people talk to a doctor over the phone and even get prescriptions. TeleDoc bills itself as a "convenience for busy, time crunched people" and as a possible solution for people who lack health insurance. After an initial signup fee, the service costs $4.95 per month and $35 per call. The company says it has licensed doctors on call in every state. Initial feedback on the service from doctors is not entirely positive, however.
