Expanded Organization Focuses on Improving Quality, Reducing Cost of Healthcare

TACOMA, Wash. & CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sound Physicians, a leading hospitalist organization focused on driving improvements in quality, satisfaction and efficiency of inpatient healthcare delivery, today announced a merger that expands its hospitalist practices in Ohio to include Kenwood Hospitalists. The new, expanded organization brings together the strengths of each organization in the continued service and focus on exceptional patient care at Mercy Health Partners’ facilities, including hospitals and post-acute facilities in the greater Cincinnati area. With the merger of the Cincinnati hospitalist group, 26 full-time Kenwood Hospitalists’ team members are joining the Sound Physicians organization.
