Market leader to provide email encryption to 8,000 users
CHICAGO & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zix Corporation (ZixCorp), (NASDAQ: ZIXI), the leader in email encryption services, was selected to provide email encryption services to Rush University Medical Center, a not-for-profit academic medical center in Chicago, in a new three-year contract. Email encryption enables secure email for 8,000 Rush users, including physicians, nurses, staff, students, faculty and researchers.
Rush considered many email encryption options and providers, including bundled packages with free email encryption from leading technology vendors. In its evaluation of email encryption solutions, Rush reviewed product functionality, ease of use, administrative set-up, price and the solution’s compliance with healthcare regulations. ZixCorp emerged as the obvious choice due to ZixCorp’s leadership in the email encryption market.
