has announced updates to the programming schedule for its “6 Annual OneMedForum.

The morning panel on January 8 will explore the impact of changes to Reg. D solicitation and leveraging the internet to expand access to capital. A panel of experts – featuring investors, key opinion leaders, and those active in shaping the legislation – will discuss how emerging growth companies can use liberalized general solicitation rules and Blue Sky laws to find capital.

The morning panel on January 9 will discuss the possibility of using crowdfunding in early-series raisings and as bridge financing. This panel will explore the theory behind crowdfunding, as well as the consequences and advantages of this strategy in later rounds of financing.

As part of the non-traditional financing track, OneMedForum will devote a panel to pushing medical devices to market using limited resources.
