Deal Expands SR Presence in Non-acute Sector of Healthcare

DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Standard Register (NYSE:SR), a recognized leader in managing critical information and communications for healthcare, has signed an agreement with Innovatix, the nation's leading group purchasing organization (GPO) serving the non-acute healthcare marketplace, which includes skilled nursing, home health, assisted living and long-term care institutions.

The agreement, effective through July 31, 2013, includes Standard Register Healthcare’s entire portfolio of communication, marketing, brand management and training solutions. A key component of the offering is SMARTworks® desktop technology, which gives users the ability to order and manage branded materials, and track spending.
