PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medsoft, an Arizona-based distributor of medical software, recently partnered with Barrow Neurological Institute’s Department of Neurology Residency Program to create a customized version of HybridChart to manage residents, their patients and complex schedules. HybridChart is an electronic management tool that blends physicians’ existing procedures with efficient communication and tracking software to simplify the rounding process.

Sanders modified the existing HybridChart model, and with the team at Medsoft, presented a software specific to the needs of Barrow’s residency program. It allows each resident to prioritize the day, generate notes for patients’ charts, coordinate with the existing call schedule and generate accreditation reports to track patients and procedures.
