Medicare Advantage bonus program illegal?

The GAO on Wednesday sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, questioning the demonstration project in which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services provides incentives to promote quality.

The GAO in April released a report, criticizing what it saw as an ineffective program and called for its cancellation. Article
