The patient portal is designed to provide MedData’s clients and their patients (which include over 2,000 physicians and 5,000,000 patients) online access to the information used to generate patients’ medical statements. Upon registering, these patients can view statements, insurance information, demographic details and billing history as it relates to their medical visits. Additionally, through the portal, they can update their demographic and insurance information as well as pay any open invoices, ultimately streamlining the reimbursement timeframe. MedData’s online service also features a live chat program that allows for real-time communication between client patients and MedData’s Patient Services team.

The new URL information will also be printed on patient statements, and once on the site patients can register to access their personal account files.
