Greeley brings over 15 years of experience in project management, mechanical engineering, operational improvement, and facility design. As Principal, Greeley will provide business development and project management for the firm’s presence in the region.
Greeley is a professional engineer active in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), and also holds ASHRAE’s Health Facilities Design Professional Certification (HFDP). Greeley is a frequent contributor to healthcare trade publications on a variety of topics relating to healthcare infrastructure design.
Greeley has completed over 300 healthcare new or renovation projects across the country through multiple project delivery methods, including integrated project delivery (IPD). Noteworthy past projects include: Mount Pleasant Hospital, a $120 million, 207,000-square-foot Greenfield hospital and 60,000-square-foot medical office building with Energy Star and sustainable/LEED certifiable systems in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; a $150 million integrated facility master plan, conditions assessment, central plant and campus utilities distribution planning and outpatient ambulatory surgery center for Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California; engineering infrastructure master planning for a surgery and outpatient pavilion expansion and cogeneration plant expansion planning, totaling $75 million for Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut; and Bon Secours Health System, a 60 acute care bed, $85 million, 150,000-square-foot Greenfield hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.
