Maxim Healthcare Adds Software Systems to Improve Compliance, Enhance Patient Care

Implementations follow key leadership appointments

(www.maximhealthcare.com), an established provider of home healthcare, medical staffing, and wellness services, announced the implementation of two new software systems designed to support high quality care and enhance compliance throughout its operations.

HealthMEDX Vision, a single, comprehensive electronic health record, centralizes patient records and automates the clinical documentation and the billing process. The system uses electronic workflows and step-by-step instructions to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as Maxim's policies and procedures. In addition, Vision further standardizes processes across more than 360 national locations.

Another electronic vehicle, My Maxim Connect, provides a comprehensive communications and training portal for Maxim's employees. The secure site, which can be accessed remotely or from any Maxim office, allows contract, temp-to-perm and per-diem employees to access training and education opportunities as well as payroll information.
