KENNEBUNK, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mark Farrah Associates (MFA), a leading provider of market data and intelligence solutions, observed a significant shift in health insurers’ revenues from commercial to government sources between 2006 and 2009. Revenue from state Medicaid programs also grew as a percentage of total revenues from 10% in 2006 to 14% in 2009.
