Liaison Technologies Showcases at Health IT Leadership Summit

Company to hire more than 25 employees in coming weeks

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure cloud-based integration and data management services and solutions, announced today a plan to help stimulate Atlanta’s economy with the hiring of more than 25 employees in their rapidly expanding healthcare sector.

While exhibiting at the Health IT Leadership Summit today at Atlanta’s Historic Fox Theatre, the company plans to network with prospective employees within the healthcare industry. The company’s healthcare vertical was recently granted more than $30 million to grow the business even further.

The hiring wave from Liaison echoes that of the nation’s current trend toward healthcare job growth. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, healthcare employment continued to expand in October 2011 (+12,000), following a gain of 45,000 jobs in September.

“Thanks to the great support from both our new and long-time loyal customers, Liaison has 40 new hires since the beginning of the year and plans to add almost 30 additional staff in November and December to support our rapidly growing business,” said Bob Renner, CEO, Liaison Technologies. “Our company is proud to continue to support the economy, and especially the growth of the healthcare technologies industry in Atlanta.”

In attendance at the event, will be representatives from more than 200 leading health IT companies in Georgia – double the amount of firms from the inception of the show, last year.
