SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jardogs announced that its Universal Health Record (UHR) FollowMyHealth™ v1.0 is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as an EHR Module on January 27th, 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable eligible provider certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
FollowMyHealth™ combines the global connectivity and patient management aspects of a personal health record with the integration of a patient portal to create the only true Universal Health Record.

The product complies with the criteria for Foundational Security and Privacy, meeting certification criteria for: Access Control, Emergency Access, Automatic Log-off, Audit Log, Integrity, Authentication, General Encryption, Encryption when exchanging electronic health information, and Timely Access. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
