IntegraMed® Expands Orlando Attain Fertility Center With the Addition of Veteran Fertility Specialist, Dr. Frank Riggall

ORLANDO, Fla. & PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IntegraMed America, Inc. (NASDAQ: INMD), the leader in developing, marketing and managing specialty healthcare facilities in the fertility and vein care markets, announced today that Dr. Frank Riggall has joined the practice of its Orlando-area Attain Fertility Center partner, the Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM). Dr. Riggall expands CRM’s physician staff to five full time MDs.

Randall A. Loy, M.D., director of CRM, commented, “I am very excited to have Dr. Riggall join our team and help us build upon the success we have achieved to date. Dr. Riggall brings to our practice vast knowledge, experience and capabilities as a physician as well as his strong reputation and impressive referral network built over many years in this community. We now have added resources available to meet the growing fertility needs of our patients as well as new means by which to reach out to new patients.”

Dr. Riggall is a well respected Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist who has served the Central Florida community for over 25 years through his private practice. He joins CRM following a highly successful career as an independent fertility specialist and as an active instructor of surgery for Orlando Health Obstetrics and Gynecology resident physicians.

Dr. Riggall commented, “The opportunity to join CRM and the IntegraMed family is a win-win for me, as it allows me to focus my time on treating patients while deferring many of the administrative and logistical aspects to an organization that has a strong track record in driving growth and improved clinic performance.”

CRM is the leading IVF and infertility center in Orlando/Central Florida. The center is led by a team of four board-certified infertility specialists who, together with state-of-the-art embryology laboratory and surgical facilities, focus on delivering individualized patient care designed to maximize patients’ chances of conceiving a healthy baby. CRM has achieved some of the highest pregnancy rates in the Southeast and is widely recognized for providing the highest level of patient care together with cost-efficient options. CRM is located at 3435 Pinehurst Avenue in Orlando.

Andrew Mintz, President of Attain Fertility Centers, commented, “We are delighted that Dr. Riggall has chosen to join his practice with CRM and believe this further demonstrates both the high quality of work and focus on patient care being carried out at CRM as well as our proven operational disciplines. His joining one of our Attain Fertility Centers partners allows us to further leverage our existing operations in what is a very attractive market. Such ‘in market mergers’ represent another way for IntegraMed to grow its fertility business. We are very grateful to Dr. Loy and his colleagues at CRM for their steadfast commitment to fertility patients and their families, and to making CRM a leading center for fertility treatment in the Southeast."
