BRENTWOOD, Tenn. --(Business Wire)-- IMI Health (IMI), a health care information company, has acquired Minneapolis-based BoundaryMedical, a leading outcomes measurement software company.
Boundary's Outcome Enterprise™ software complements IMI's health care business intelligence tools giving both companies' customers more robust data collection and analysis. This will answer demands for clinical outcomes from consumers, regulators, payers and providers as our nation seeks solutions to increase quality and reduce costs in our health care system.
