Hospitals, Healthcare Providers to Benefit from New Premier Agreements for ECG Electrodes, Cables, Lead Wires and Defibril

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Premier healthcare alliance today announced new agreements for electronic control gear (ECG) electrodes, cables, lead wires and defibrillator pads have been awarded to Covidien of Mansfield, Mass.; Vermed Inc. of Bellows Falls, Vt., a small business enterprise; and Med-Dyne Inc. of Louisville, Ky., a small business enterprise.

Effective September 1, 2011, the agreements are available to acute care and continuum of care members of Premier.
