Former Cisco Systems Senior Executive Frank Grant Joins Adreima as Company’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Veteran sales and marketing strategist to lead company’s sales organization and nationwide expansion

PHOENIX, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Adreima, a leading advocate for hospitals nationwide in Medicaid eligibility and revenue cycle management (RCM) services, today announced that Frank Grant has joined the company as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). Grant, who was previously Executive Director of North American Healthcare for Cisco Systems, joins Adreima with a successful track record of leading nationwide sales organizations and delivering solutions for hospitals across the country. As CSMO, Grant will be responsible for directing the company’s sales and marketing efforts. He will develop and implement a national marketing strategy, increasing the company’s geographic presence and accelerating its growth.

“With the pace of our growth, it became apparent that Adreima needed an executive of Frank’s caliber to oversee sales and marketing at a higher level in the organization,” said Adreima Chief Executive Officer Connie Perez. “Frank’s extensive experience in the national sales arena and successful track record of developing and growing national accounts made him the ideal candidate. We are delighted to add him to the Adreima executive team.”

Grant has worked in sales and marketing with some of the world’s leading companies for nearly 25 years. He comes to Adreima after more than 11 years with Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for over $1 billion in annual sales to some of the country’s largest hospitals. He spearheaded Cisco’s entry into the healthcare market six years ago and quickly grew that division into Cisco’s fastest-growing vertical. A seasoned sales and marketing professional throughout his entire career, Grant held previous sales and marketing leadership positions at some of the world’s most recognized companies, including IBM and Hitachi Data Systems. Grant earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his executive MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to take on such an important leadership role at a company with such an extraordinary collaborative culture as Adreima. The company has tremendous growth potential—and the best services on the market that I’ve seen for Medicaid advocacy and revenue cycle management,” said Grant. “I believe, working with Adreima’s outstanding sales and marketing personnel, we can quickly deepen customer relationships, pursue growth prospects, and build a larger pipeline for the company.”

“We are currently in the midst of a tremendous growth phase at Adreima,” adds Perez. “We look forward to having Frank’s leadership to help drive momentum and profitability through both organic and acquisition-driven growth.”
