Leading Philadelphia Area Healthcare Network Expands Use of Streamline Health Solutions for Its Ambulatory Care Business

CINCINNATI, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NasdaqCM: STRM), a leading provider of enterprise content management and business analytics solutions for healthcare organizations, today announced that Einstein Healthcare Network has licensed the Company's Business Analytics solution, OpportunityAnyWare, in addition to ARWare and 835DenialWare. These solutions will be used in the healthcare network's ambulatory care business comprised of more than 1,000 physicians to more effectively monitor and drive revenue cycle performance from accounts receivable management to denial recovery.

Einstein Healthcare Network has successfully used Streamline Health's AccessAnyWare® content management solution since 1995, and also utilizes the Company's CodingWare and CompletionWare workflows. This agreement adds the Company's advanced analytics and workflow management solutions designed to reduce the cost to collect receivables and maximize cash flow resulting in balance sheet improvement. The solutions will also give the network better insight into the root cause of denials and allow it to leverage the workflow system to maximize overturn rates and protect net revenue.

"This commitment from Einstein Healthcare Network substantiates its confidence in the value that Streamline Health provides," said Robert E. Watson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Streamline Health. "This agreement further expands Streamline Health's footprint of working with some of the best academic medical centers in the country. We're pleased with the opportunity to expand our partnership with Einstein Healthcare Network to include our newest offerings, which were a part of the Interpoint Partners transaction in December, 2011."

"These solutions will provide us with better insight into the areas of financial opportunity across our ambulatory revenue cycle," said LuAnn Trainer, Vice President, Physician Services, Einstein Healthcare Network. "We chose these solutions because of their flexibility and because they were designed by revenue cycle experts who understand the challenges we face every day to protect revenues. We chose Streamline Health because of the level of knowledge and experience of its team, and the prior success we've had using the Company's solutions in our facilities."
