CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dossia, a leading personal health record platform provider, announced today the appointment of Michael Critelli as President and CEO. Mr. Critelli is the former CEO of Pitney Bowes and has been serving as Dossia’s Chairman of the Board. Craig Barrett, retired CEO/Chairman of the Board of Intel, will be replacing Mr. Critelli as Dossia’s new Board Chairman.

Mr. Critelli now brings his extensive expertise to Dossia as Chief Executive Officer, where he will accelerate and refine Dossia’s growth strategy. This comes at a pivotal time as Dossia advances beyond its original Founder group. Mr. Critelli succeeds Colin Evans as CEO, who has led the Company through its founding years.
