CareView Communications, Inc. to Trade on OTC Bulletin Board

LEWISVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CareView Communications, Inc. (“CareView” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced that its common stock will begin to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board on December 21, 2010 under its current symbol. The Company filed a Registration Statement on Form 10 ("Form 10") on August 23, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to become a reporting company. The Form 10 became effective on October 22, 2010 at which time the Company became subject to the requirements of Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requiring it to file annual reports on Form 10K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, and current reports on Form 8-K.
