Innovaccer and Mastek, a global artificial intelligence and cloud services company, announced a partnership aimed at expanding agentic healthcare AI globally.
Under the expanded partnership, Mastek will deploy and localize Innovaccer's full suite of healthcare AI applications across new and existing markets. Mastek joins Innovaccer’s Platinum GSI program to accelerate deployment of the company’s healthcare AI platform and solutions. The companies say Innovaccer’s healthcare data and AI foundation will provide the infrastructure for each deployment across new and existing markets.
Mastek CEO Umang Nahata said in a statement that healthcare organizations need AI solutions that are “simple, trusted and built on connected data.”
“Our Platinum partnership with Innovaccer strengthens Mastek’s ability to help customers turn healthcare data into actionable intelligence and accelerates our journey to become a leading AI transformation partner for the healthcare industry,” Nahata said.
Moreover, the companies say the expanded partnership reflects a “significant step” in Innovaccer’s growth strategy, as it builds on its U.S. and Middle East presence to expand into Europe and the U.K.

Shashank said Mastek joining the program gives the company validation of its platform and “four decades of institutional relationships with health systems and governments across three continents.”
“Together, we are bringing autonomous healthcare operations to markets where the ambition has always been there and the right platform and delivery partner have not been until now,” Shashank said.
The Mastek tie-up builds on Innovaccer's broader growth strategy and recent collaborations.
In late June, it signed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help health systems and payers deploy agentic AI solutions at scale.
And in May, Innovaccer acquired CaduceusHealth to offer end-to-end revenue cycle management through a combination of its AI platform with the company’s services.
