Trevor Fetter has turned Tenet around during his tenure

Tenet Healthcare Corp. Chief Executive Officer Trevor Fetter has taken the Dallas-based for-profit hospital chain from a $134 million loss and multiple investigations in 2003 to a $12 million net profit last year. Fetter focused on bringing in a compliance manager who reported directly to Tenet's board of directors, settling litigation quickly with the U.S. Justice Department, selling off or closing unprofitable facilities and upgrading the rest, according to the Dallas Morning News.
