Is St. Luke's dragging its feet on Saltzer unwinding?

Idaho's St. Luke's Health System is apparently taking its sweet time unwinding its acquisition of Saltzer Medical Group after it was ordered dissolved after a successful lawsuit by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, which had sued on antitrust grounds. Last week, both the Idaho Attorney and the FTC filed documents in court suggesting that St. Luke's only intended to divest a portion of its Saltzer ownership, according to the Idaho Statesman.
