Hospital exec embezzled $3.2M, insurer alleges

An insurer has accused a former executive of Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center of embezzling more than $3 million from the hospital. The Great American Insurance Co. charges Richard Crabtree and three others of embezzling from the hospital by filing false claims.
