The National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC) is creating a Patient Experience Framework to use health IT to bring patients and providers closer together, according to an announcement. The Patient Experience Framework is an evolution of and companion initiative to NeHC's existing Patient Engagement Framework. The new framework is expected to include a guide for providers regarding how different personas think, feel, act, experience and interact with providers, along with maps and other tools.
