The Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Authority has awarded almost $3.8 million in grants to help connect hospitals, ambulatory practices and long-term care/post-acute care providers to the Authority's Pennsylvania Patient and Provider Network, known as P3N.
The grants are made available to Pennsylvania health information organizations in part to enable the connection of eligible hospitals and professionals in the Medicaid EHR incentive program. The funds were made available through a grant from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and administrated in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Announcement
