Tipper Gore just wrote an exclusive piece for takepart.com on the state of mental health care in America. Insurance companies have long discriminated against individuals suffering from mental disorders, making it difficult for children and adults alike to seek treatment. It sounds as if whatever they've put into the water and air, is finally come back to bite them in the you know what! The spoken of they, would be the government. It's hard to believe this one would pay out $9 billion for anything as important as child mental health issues.
