TennCare can review eligibility for plaintiffs in case

For decades, TennCare has been battling a lawsuit by a group of plaintiffs covered by the plan. Now, after more than 20 years, TennCare officials have gotten long-sought-after permission to review the eligibility of these plaintiffs, some of whom it expects to drop. Once it does so, it expects to see a large savings on the $400 million it currently spends to care for them.
