As our national health debate has demonstrated, most of us realize these days that there are vast numbers of uninsured people out there. But new Census Bureau data suggests that health insurance gaps are particularly concentrated in some areas. In fact, in four states--Texas, New York, Louisiana and Florida--one in four children and adults under age 65 in all income brackets had no health insurance of any kind, the data shows. Article
