Obesity tied to genetic variations
Is obesity inherited or created by behavior? The question is still up in the air. However, new research suggests that in some cases, people may indeed be obese due to the genetic set they inherited. Researchers have discovered six additional genetic variants tied to people with higher body mass indexes--all active in the central nervous system.
